Most of the contact information we handle in the ordinary course of business โ a representative's name, title, company address, business phone, or business email used solely to communicate with that person about their work โ is "business contact information" and is generally exempt from PIPEDA. This Policy addresses the limited personal information the Site itself may collect.

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may automatically collect certain technical information through server logs, including:
- Your Internet Protocol (IP) address

- Device and operating system information
- Pages visited, time spent, and referring website
- Date and time of access
In some cases this data may qualify as personal information under PIPEDA if it can be linked to an identifiable individual.

The Site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use tracking tools to identify individual visitors. Technical information described in Section 3(a) is collected through our hosting provider's standard server logs.
Some third-party services the Site loads resources from (such as font and icon libraries) may receive standard technical information, like your IP address, when your browser requests those files.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. If we adopt analytics tools in the future, this Policy will be updated to describe them.

We use your personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected, unless you consent to another use or we are required or permitted by law.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf โ for example, our website hosting provider, which also processes form submissions. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
We may also disclose personal information where required or permitted by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
7. Storage and Cross-Border Transfer
Some of our service providers, including our website hosting provider, may store and process information on servers located outside of Canada, including in the United States. Where this occurs, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure our service providers protect your information.
8. Consent
By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. To withdraw consent, contact us using the details in Section 1. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to your inquiries.
9. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Automatically collected technical data is retained in accordance with our hosting provider's standard log retention practices. Information you submit through a contact form is retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.
10. Safeguards
We protect personal information with security measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including reasonable physical, organizational, and technological safeguards. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Right to Access and Correct
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request correction of any inaccuracies. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 1. We will respond within the timeframe required by PIPEDA. We may ask you to verify your identity before providing access.
12. Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to This Policy
This Policy is a living document. We may update it from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The "Effective Date" at the top shows when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
